Director Brian DePalma (SCARFACE, THE UNTOUCHABLES) directs Gary Sinise and Nicolas Cage in SNAKE EYES, featuring visual effects from ILM and CFC London.

The climactic finale of the film, which takes place in Atlantic City during a hurricane, has been significantly altered, and originally contained much more of ILM's work. Many shots remain, including numerous surrounding the Atlantic City Arena's huge globe that rolls along the boardwalk. The film's opening shot, a television broadcast that was shot outside the arena, features ILM's computer generated roof and globe, perfectly matchmoved to the handheld camera movements of the videographer.
